Refund policy

You can return or exchange your order within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive it. Before shipping your return, you must inform us via email at sales@bagnero.com so we can guide you through the process.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the purchase receipt included. For all swimwear, items must be tried on over undergarments. The protective hygiene strip must remain intact; returns will not be accepted if the strip is removed, altered, or if the item shows any signs of wear.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and approve your return, you can choose between a product exchange, a credit voucher, or a full refund depending on your original payment method.
